wow, peanuts?

I have not seen snacks on NWA for some time. At least Delta is forcing them to serve a snack now?

Georgia Peanuts have Salmonella - many have died!

What on earth are Delta/Northwest thinking? Are they nuts (no pun intended)??? Thank God and Greyhound, they're gone!!!!!

That's funny, I just flew NWA last weekend and don't recall seeing a snack item at all. Are they just referring to the items available for purchase?

Is Delta nuts?

Living with a child (now adult child) with peanut allergies, I find this incomprehensible. Peanut dust collects in the vent system of airplanes and that causes some kids with hyper-allergenic systems to react. Asthma/allergies have increased in our society exponentially over the past two decades...why would Delta/NW do this? Do they read scientific papers in Atlanta? Is their insurance carrier ready to carry this liability of potentially fatal outcomes? We will not fly this airline with our family and we have been consistent NW patrons. We are in the market for peanut a peanut free carrier.
