Star Tribune newspaper delivery service information

To have questions answered regarding newspaper delivery, please contact our Customer Service department electronically or by telephone.

Use this electronic form to ask questions about your newspaper service or billing, temporarily stop and start your newspaper delivery service, or provide feedback or suggestions. If you'd like to subscribe to the Star Tribune, a separate form is available.

If you prefer, you can contact us directly by telephone at (612) 673-4343 or 1-800-775-4344. If you are hearing impaired, please use the Minnesota Relay Service at 1-800-627-3529. Touch-tone phone home delivery service options are available 24 hours a day. Customer Service Specialists are available to take your call from 6am to 5pm Monday through Friday and from 6am to 12pm on Saturday and Sunday (central time).

Paying for newspaper service using your credit card is available. The Star Tribune accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Do not enter your credit card information into the electronic form below. Contact a Customer Service Specialist for more information.
