| Most important issue: | I believe that the issue I am most concerned about is the relationship between the school board and the community of Farmington, the students, and the City officials. Because of past issues, the working relationships with these important people has been damaged. In order for us to educate our students the best we can, everyone needs to be working together. Decisions need to be student-focused. Improvements and success need to be student focused. When there is authentic communication and trust within the leadership of our district, and it is exercised with our community, our students will accomplish great things. | |
