| Most important issue: | I see the next four years as being a critical time for re-development of some key areas of Richfield including the Penn/66th area, the Lyndale Garden Center area, and the former Richfield city maintenance facility. It will be critical to make sure the development of these areas be done in a manner that provides for the long term economic growth and development of the community while retaining the existing small businesses. Financing of these projects will be critical and must be done in a manner that won't increase the tax burden on existing residents and businesses. | |
