Ali Daraji, a new volunteer security guard at Baghdad Al Rashad Mental Teaching Hospital, is warmly embraced by the women of the ward on Thursday. Approximately 135 women remain after an estimated 300 people looted the hospital, according to the international Red Cross. One nurse and two other staff members were reportedly killed.
